摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of eight methods of intelligent turtle with Shaoyang meridian on migraine .Methods A total of 82 cases of migraine patients treated in the hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as clinical research cases ,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods ,41 cases in the control group were given ordinary acupuncture treatment ,and 41 cases in the observation group were given eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with Shaoyang meridi-an .The total effective rate ,pain score ,depression score ,pain attack frequency and duration were compared be-tween two groups .Results The number of pain episodes was (1 .56 ± 0 .33) ,and duration time was (1 .09 ± 0 .66)h ,Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score was (5 .16 ± 3 .43) ,Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score was (13 .28 ± 4 .11) ,and the total efficiency rate was 95 .12％ in the observation group ,which were sig-nificantly better than those in the control group with pain episodes (2 .72 ± 0 .28) ,duration time (3 .87 ± 1 .43) h ,VAS pain score (8 .13 ± 3 .24) ,HAMD score (16 .56 ± 4 .22) ,and the total efficiency rate (78 .05％ ) ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Eight methods of intelligent turtle com-bined with Shaoyang meridian method ,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with migraine ,re-duce attack frequency and duration ,improve the clinical effect ,relieve pain and promote the prognosis of the patients ,and meet their expectations .关键词
