摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences of urodynamic parameters in different age group women with stress urinary incontinence .Methods To investigate the differences of urodynamic parameters in different age group women with stress urinary incontinence .Patients less than 50 old years in group A ,pa-tients from 50 to 59 old years in group B ,patients more than 69 old years in group C .The maximum flow rate (Qmax) ,time to peak (TQmax) ,voiding time (VT) ,urine volume (VV) ,postvoid residual volume (PVR) , primary urine volume (FS) ,strong urinary sensitivity (SS) ,abdominal leak point pressure(ALPP) ,maximum urethral closure pressure (MUCP) ,bladder contraction index (BCI) and maximal detrusor pressure (Pdet . Qmax)were all statically analyzed .Results The mean Qmax (P=0 .003) ,PVR (P=0 .041) ,SS (P=0 .032) , Pdet .Qmax (P=0 .026) ,BCI (P=0 .048) ,MUCP(P=0 .039)and BCI (P=0 .048) were significantly differ-ent between the age groups .And there was no significantly differences in VT (P=0 .069) ,VV(P=0 .086) ,FS (P=0 .135) ,ALPP(P=0 .176)between the different age groups .Qmax ,MUCP and Pdet .Qmax decreased and PVR increased significantly with age .Conclusion Older women with SUI also have worsened voiding function with age as the results of urodynamic parameters .The decrease of detrusor contractility and the closure func-tion of the urethral tract are more obvious .关键词
