临床护士职业承诺的现状及影响因素分析
Occupational Commitment of CIinical Nurses and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status of occupational commitment of clinical nurses and its influence factors and to provide reference for related management strategies. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,512 clinical nurses in Guangzhou by using the Quality of Nursing Life Scale and the Nurses ' Occupational Commitment Scale. Multiple linear regression was used to analysis the influence factors of the occupational commitment of clinical nurse. Results The total score of nurses' occupational commitment was 77.58±11.50 and its influence factors were the first career choice, health status, monthly income and two dimensions of quality of work life including work-family balance and working environment (P<0.05). Conclusion The occupational commitment of clinical nurses remains in a mediate level and is influenced by the first career choice, health status, monthly income, work-family balance and working environment. Hospital administrators should formulate appropriate strategies to improve nurse occupational commitment.关键词
