摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the experience of clinical nursing work after the training of Balint groups. Methods Ten nurses that participated in the training of Balint groups had an in-depth interview using phenomenological method and the data was analyzed by the seven steps of Claizzi analysis. Results Four themes of working experiences after the training of the balint groups were extracted including alleviating psychological stress, enhancing communication skills, rising empathy, and positive professional attitude. Conclusion Balint group training provides a new training method for nurses, which can alleviate psychological pressure, enhance communication skills and raise the perspective-taking ability ,positive attitude. With balint group training, by adjusting the training time, content and model, we improve the quality of nursing service and humanistic care.关键词
