Abstract
To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,136 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were treated with routine western medicine methotrexate (control group) or Tripterygium Glycosides combined with methotrexate (observation group), respectively. The classification of joint function and the levels of cytokines in serum were recorded before and after treatment. Compared to control group, the change of cytokine content and joint function in patients of grade was significantly better, the total ef-fective rate of the observation group was higher(83.82％ vs 92.65％), and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower (10.29％ vs 4.41％ ) (P even <0.05). The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Tripterygium wilfordii combined metho-trexate can increase the clinical efficacy with reduced adverse reactions in patients, which may be related to improving the serum levels of cytokines in patients.关键词
