摘要
Abstract
To explore the diagnostic value of serum heat shock protein 90( HSP90) for gastric cancer, and the rela-tionship between the expression of HSP90 and the clinic pathological features of gastric cancer by comparing the expression of HSP90 between patients with gastric cancer and health people. The results showed that the serum HSP90 of gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers. The area under the characteristic curve of the work is 0. 754, The maximum value of Youden's index 0.429, sensitivity 80％, specificity 62.86％. There is no significant correlation between serum HSP90 and sex, age, tumor size, clinical stage, depth of invasion, histological differentiation and lymph node me-tastasis in gastric cancer patients. It can be seen that the serum HSP90 has the diagnostic value of gastric cancer but not in clinical stage, depth of invasion, etc.关键词
