摘要
Abstract
To investigate the diagnostic value of serum I-FABP and PCT combined with hs-CRP in the patients of ul-cerative colitis (UC) by analyzed the serum levels of I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP and diagnostic criteria. The results showed that serum levels of I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP in the active and the remission periods of disease were significantly higher than those in the normal control, and The levels of I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP in patients with ulcerative colitis were signifi-cantly increased with mild, moderate and severe progression. I-FABP, PCT and hs-CRP were positively correlated. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined detection of I-FABP, PCT, and hs-CRP were significantly higher than those of any single index, suggesting the serum I-FABP and PCT combined with hs-CRP could reflect the severity and ac-tivity in the diagnosis of UC patients.关键词
