热电池用CoS2正极材料水热合成及其性能研究
Hydrothermal Synthesis and Properties of CoS2 Cathode Materials for Thermal Batteries

Abstract
CoS2 with different morphologies are hydrothermal synthesized using cobalt nitrate (Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O) and thiourea (NH2CSNH2) as raw materials in different reactant concentration.The products are characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD)、scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).Finally,graphene is added to the synthetic CoS2,which is used as the cathode materials to prepare the single cell for constant current and pulse discharge test.The SEM and XRD experimental results show that with the reactant in the reaction system of Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O increasing from 0.02 mol/L to 0.08 mol/L,CoS2 nanorods gradually shorten product size.The size of spherical particles tend to be uniform and agglomeration phenomenon is more obvious.The crystal structure of the material is not changed,it is also cubic CoS2.The XPS test results show that the valence states of the synthesized materials are Co2+ and S-1,respectively.When the galvanostatic discharge current density increasing to 0.8 A/cm2,CoS2/graphene cathode material have better electrical performance.Pulse discharge test results show that the single battery internal resistance CoS2 material preparation is significantly less than the FeS2 material.And at the stable stage in initial stage of discharge,the internal resistance is reduced about 0.5 Ω.关键词
