摘要

Abstract

The paper highlights the method of synthesizing cathode Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2 materials by sol-gel method with acetates as raw material,and discuss the effect of doping Co on the structure and electrochemical of Li1.2 Ni0.2-x/2 Mn0.6-x/2 Cox O2 (x =0,0.01,0.02,0.05) materials.The results of XRD and SEM test show that the structure samples didnt change after Co-doping,and it belong to the lithiumrich manganese based cathode material.The results of electrochemical test shows that Co-doping can improve the rate performance of materials and discharge capacity.It turns that the material with x =0.02 shows the best electrochemical performance,and the first discharge specific capacity increases 115.6 mAh · g-1(from 217 mAh · g-1 to 332.6 mAh · g-1) at the rate of 0.05 C.The discharge capacity is 171.6 mAh · g-1 under 40 cycles and the capacity retention rate of 85.5% at the rate of 0.1 C.
