山东省及部分外省育成小麦品种(系)遗传多样性和重要农艺性状的关联分析
Genetic Diversity and Association Analysis for Agronomic Traits Using Recent Wheat Varieties of Shandong and Other Provinces

Abstract
The genetic diversity of wheat varieties in recent years in Shandong and other provinces was detected using 52 SSR markers, and the association analysis between SSR markers and important agronomic traits was conducted.A total of 150 alleles were detected with the mean of 2.9 alleles for a single SSR mark-er.The range of polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.11 ～1.00 with the mean of 0.51.Cluster a-nalysis showed that the varieties could be divided into three groups , most of the varieties with the common par-ents or from the same breeding institutions were trend to be clustered into one group .There were eight SSR markers significantly associated with agriculture traits (P <0.01).Some favorable alleles associated with ag -ronomic traits in multiple environments were discovered , such as wmc657 -A50 for increasing the thousand grain weight, wmc322 -A195 and gwm292 -A190 for improving bulk weight, cfd168 -A105 and gpw294 -A80 for reducing plant height.关键词
