臭氧水浇灌和喷施对马铃薯幼苗生理特性的影响
Effects of Irrigation and Spraying with Ozone Water onPhysiological Characteristics of Potato Seedlings

Abstract
The potato seedlings were used as experimental materials , and the ozone water treatments were designed as irrigation at 1.0 mg /L and spraying at 0.6 mg/L.The indicators of membrane permeability, SOD, POD and CAT activities and mineral element content of leaves were determined to study the effects of o -zone water irrigation and spraying on physiological characteristics of potato seedlings after treated for 35 days. The results showed that both irrigation and spraying of ozone water could significantly decrease the leaf mem -brane permeability of potato, and significantly increase the leaf POD and CAT activities .It indicated that o-zone water treatment could obviously improve the stress resistance of potato seedlings .After spraying treatment of ozone water, the content of Ca in potato leaves was decreased significantly .The content of Fe in potato leav-es was increased significantly after irrigation and spraying treatments with ozone water , and the increase of for-mer treatment was larger than that of the later one.关键词
