摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effects of aluminum stress on photosynthetic characteristics and MDA content of white balsam pear seedlings , with clear water treatment as control (CK), 50, 300, 500 and 800 mg/L AlCl3 solutions were designed to determine the photosynthetic characters and MDA content after treated for 20 days.The results showed that 50 mg/L AlCl3 had no significant inhibit effect on the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercelluar CO 2 concentration of white balsam pear seedling leaves after 20 -day stress.With the increase of the concentration of aluminum , the inhibition effect on photosynthetic characteristics of white balsam pear seedlings gradually became stronger , and all the photo-synthetic characters showed decreasing trends .Under the stress of 800 mg/L AlCl3 , they were significantly in-hibited compared with CK.With the increase of aluminum concentration , the degree of membrane lipid peroxi -dation increased gradually, and the content of MDA increased significantly .Under the stress of 300, 500 or 800 mg /L AlCl3 , the photosynthesis of white balsam pear was restricted by stomatal factors as well as non stomatal factors.
