大白菜品种资源抗根肿病鉴定
Identification of Resistance of Chinese Cabbage Varieties to Plasmodiophora brassicae

Abstract
The clubroot resistance (CR)of Chinese cabbage varieties from home and abroad were identified by inoculation and molecular marker methods in order to know about their resisctance performance and breeding utilization.The results showed that 74.46% varieties showed resistance to Qingdao isolates of Plasmodiophora brassicae, in which immune or highly resistant varieties accounted for 65.59%.There were 18.46% varieties showing resistance to Shuanglong isolates collected in 2012, in which highly resistant varieties accounted for 7.69%.And only 4% varieties showed resistance to Shuanglong isolates which collected in 2013.Of the 86 va-rieties identified by KBrH129J18R molecular marker, the resistant bands were found in 56 varieties which ac-counted for 65.12%, and appeared in most of the varities which resistant to Qingdao isolates .关键词
