小麦胚芽作为意大利蜜蜂春繁期饲料蛋白源的研究
Study on Wheat Germ as Protein Source for Spring Multiplication of Apis mellifera L.

Abstract
To explore the appropriate proportion of wheat germ in the feed replacing pollen during spring multiplication, the Apis mellifera L.swarms were randomly divided into 5 test groups, each group of 3 swarms.Among them, group A was as the control, and B, C, D and E were as the experimental ones with the wheat germ proporation of 25.00%, 45.00%, 65.00% and 83.74%, respectively.During 36 -day trial, the intake of swarm and the colony development were recorded .On the 21st day, the birth weight of new bees was measured, and 14 days later, the marked bees were dissected to observe the development of intestinal tis -sue and measure the digestive enzyme activity of midgut .The expressions of SOD1, SOD2 and CAT mRNA were detected in 1 -and 14 -day -old worker bees.The results showed that the feed intake of bees in D and E groups was significantly lower than that of the other groups (P <0.05).The increase of colony population of group D was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P <0.05).The birth weight of worker bees in group C was the largest and significantly higher than that of group B (P <0.05).The development status of midgut tissue in group C was significantly better than that of group A , D and E (P <0.05).The intestine protease activity of worker bees in group D was the strongest and significantly higher than that of group B and E (P <0.05).With the increase of the proportion of wheat germ in feed , there was no significant difference in the expression level of antioxidant gene SOD1, while that of SOD2 and CAT genes showed decreasing trends.It was concluded that when the wheat germ proportion was 45.00% ~65.00%, it could promote the growth of bee colonies and improve the birth weight of worker bees , promote the development of middle intes-tine and improve the activity of mesenteric protease , but reduce the expression of SOD2 and CAT genes.关键词
