瘤周围刺对4T1小鼠乳腺癌移植瘤作用研究
A preliminary study on the effect of surrounded needling on the 4T1 transplanted tumor in mice with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To preliminarily observe the effects of surrounded acupuncture with filiform needles and fire needles on the tumor growth status ,immune function and the prognosis of mice with breast cancer .Methods:Inject the 4T1 breast cancer cell strain under the skin of the forelimb armpit of the mice .Upon successful model es-tablishment ,the mice was randomly divided into 3 groups ,which was model group(18 ,without any intervention) , filiform needling group(18 ,surrounded acupuncture with filiform for 20 minutes) and the fire needling group (18 , surrounded acupuncture with fire needles ) .Meanwhile ,the general feeding mice were assigned as the normal group (9) .The treatment circle lasted for 7 days ,filiform intervention were implemented on the 1st and 4th day of the treat-ment circle .Observe the inhibition rate ,measure spleen index and thymus index ,detect the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) at each end of the treatment circle ,3 times in total .Results:In terms of inhibition ratio of tumor volume fire needling group was 6 .043％ ,26 .421％ ,51 .132％ after each treatment period ,exceeding the filiform needling group(1 .999％ ,15 .367％ ,45 .929％ respectively) .In terms of the immuniza-tion:thymus index for fire needling group( 3 .38 ± 0 .41 ,3 .58 ± 0 .19 ,3 .23 ± 0 .24 ,respectively ) was more stable than the filiform needling group(4 .17 ± 0 .46 ,2 .97 ± 0 .43 ,3 .00 ± 0 .64) .So as spleen index (fire needling group4 .76 ± 0 .58 ,5 .78 ± 0 .24 ,5 .29 ± 0 .30 ,filiform needling group (5 .10 ± 0 .47 ,5 .69 ± 0 .27 ,5 .11 ± 0 .14) .In terms of prognosis:there was no statistical significance between groups in NLR (P> 0 .05) ,but fire needling group shows sta-tistical significance in PLR ( P < 0 .05) .Conclusion:Surrounded acupuncture can inhibit the growth of the breast cancer on 4T1 transplanted tumor mice .The effect of fire needling surrounded acupuncture is more significant than the filiform one .The better effects are shown as the treatment circle is prolonged ,but the prognosis is basically the same bwtween two intervention group .关键词
