大秦艽汤对急性脑梗死近期血液流变学 、Hcy及神经功能影响研究
Influence of Daqinjiao prescription on recent hemorheology Hcy and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of Daqinjiao prescription on recent hemorheology ,homocys-teine(Hcy) and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction .Methods:96 patients with acute cere-bral infarction were randomly divided into the two groups (n = 48) .The conventional group received controlling blood sugar ,blood pressure and anti-platelet therapy ,on the basis of the conventional therapy ,the study group was treated with Daqinjiao prescription .The clinical efficacy ,neurological function and serum Hcy level were compared between the two groups .Results:After 2 weeks of treatment ,the total effective rate of the study group was 95 .83％ ,the conventional group was 83 .33％ ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .The hemorheology ,NIHSS score ,stroke symptom scores and serum Hcy level of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P < 0 .05) ,and the study group were significantly lower than the conventional group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Daqinjiao decoction can significantly improve the blood rheology in pa-tients with acute cerebral infarction and neurological function ,reduce the level of Hcy ,obvious curative effect ,and without increasing any risk of adverse reactions .关键词
