疏血通联合甘露醇对脑血栓患者凝血功能影响研究
Study on the related mechanism of blood clotting in patients with cerebral thrombosis treated with Shuxuetong combined with mannitol

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of blood clotting combined with mannitol on coagulation func -tion in patients with cerebral thrombosis .Methods:128 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital were selected as the research object ,and the group was divided into 2 groups according to the order of the group , with 64 cases in each group .The control group was given mannitol ,cell two phosphorus choline and other conven-tional treatment .The study group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group ,and the changes of coagulation function ,Hemorrheology and curative effect were observed after different treatments .Re-sults:The control group was 34 .38％ ,the total efficiency of 75％ ,research group was 48 .44％ ,the total efficiency of 87 .5％ ,the study group was significantly better than the control group (P< 0 .05) .The study group at the end of treatment compared with before treatment ,WBLSV ,HBV ,PV were significantly increased (P< 0 .05) ,more than before and after treatment with no significant (P> 0 .05) ,WBLSV ,HBV ,PV group improved levels were signifi-cantly better than the control group (P < 0 .05) .At the end of the two groups in the treatment of hemiplegia , mouth askew ,speech obscure ,hypoesthesia ,disease symptoms were significantly decreased (P< 0 .05) ,the treat-ment in the research group of above indexes were significantly better than the control group (P< 0 .05) .The treat-ment group at the end of treatment was significantly lower than the two groups before treatment in the VAS score , seizure frequency and duration of attack (P< 0 .05) .At the end of treatment ,the improvement level of the above indicators in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Shuxu-etong combined with mannitol can improve coagulation function , promote blood circulation and improve clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral thrombosis .关键词
