补肾活血方治疗老年痴呆症疗效研究
Effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe on the treatment of senile dementia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue recipe in the treatment of senile dementia .Methods:126 patients with Alzheimer's disease were selected .The control group were treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment ,patients in the treatment group were added with Bushen Huoxue de-coction based on the control group ,all the patients were treated for 2 months .Results:After 2 months of treat-ment ,mini mental state examination (MMSE) of patients in the treatment group (19 .82 ± 4 .15) ,Kyohko Hasega-wa dementia scale (HDS) score (21 .56 ± 4 .55) were higher than those in the control group (15 .76 ± 3 .40) (16 .32 ± 4 .26) (P< 0 .05) .ADL scores of ADL patients in the treatment group the (25 .26 ± 3 .52) was lower than that of control group (31 .46 ± 4 .31) (P< 0 .05) .The TCM syndrome score (9 .78 ± 1 .18) of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (19 .26 ± 2 .17) (P< 0 .05) .The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87 .30％ (55/63) ,which was better than that of the control group 74 .60％ (47/63) (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Bush-en Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the patient's intelligence ,cognitive function and daily life ability ,can ef-fectively relieve the symptoms and signs of patients ,improve clinical efficacy ,It is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of senile dementia .关键词
