摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Fufang Xueshuantong capsule (FXST ) and triamcinolone acetonide retrobulbar injection combine with panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) for the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME) .Methods:People with non proliferation diabetic retinopathy combined DME 51 cases (60 eyes) ,divided into 3 groups ,according to the degree of DME .19 eyes of group 1 ,18 eyes of group 2 ,23 eyes of group 3 .3 days before the PRP ,three groups of patients were injection of TA ,and received FXST orally 1 .5g 3times per day for one month ,four times to complete the PRP .To observed patients with BCVA ,RT ,MFRT and its complications in 1 mo and 3mo ,fluorescein angiography (FFA) was observed .Results:the BCVA and RT of 1 and 2 groups after treat-ment was improved in 1mo and 3mo and the difference was statistical significance (P< 0 .05) ;the BCVA and MFRT of the 3 group was improved in 1mo and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) ,but the BCVA and MFRT was no statistically significant difference in 3mo (P > 0 .05) .FFA on 3mo ,4 eyes of 1 group ,6 eyes of 2 group ,21 eyes of 3 group need to laser treatment again ,differences were statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .All pa-tients with no complications .Conclusion:FXST and triamcinolone acetonide retrobulbar injection combine with pan-retinal photocoagulation (PRP) treatment of little and moderate DME can achieve a better therapeutic effect and safety without complications .关键词
