尿血安合剂联合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病安全性 及对患者VEGF、 F-κB表达的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of hematuria ann mixture combined with leflunomide on IgA ne-phropathy patients safety and VEGF ,NF- K B expression .Methods:90 cases of IgA nephropathy patients in our hospital divided into 45 cases of control group with random number table .Methods:To treat oral leflunomide ;45 ca-ses of the observation group:in the control group on the basis of an increase of hematuria mixture in the treatment of .The safety of the two groups and the expression of VEGF and NF- kB were observed .Results:After treatment , two groups of BUN ,Scr ,24hUP ,renal function indexes were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0 .05) ,the Ccr index of the two groups of renal function were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0 .05) .After the treatment ,the observation group after treatment control of the renal function index were signifi-cantly better than group (P< 0 .05) .Two groups of patients with urinary protein and red blood cells were signifi-cantly decreased ,and the observation group decreased significantly than the control group (P< 0 .05) .The observa-tion of liver function ,blood group before and after treatment there were no significant statistical differences in mean -ing (P> 0 .05) ,the control group of liver function before and after treatment were significantly higher ,and the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that of after treatment (P< 0 .05) .The two groups of patients after treatment ,VEGF and NF- K B expression was better than that before treatment ,the difference was statistically sig nificant(P< 0 .05) ,comparison between groups ,the observation group after the treatment of VEGF and NF- K B It was significantly better than the control group (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion:Hematuria ann mixture combined with le-flunomide in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with high safety ,obvious curative effect ,can significantly improve VEGF and NF- K B expression ,which is worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
