柴胡疏肝散联合奥美拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡临床研究
Clinical research of omeprazole combined quick Chaihu Shugansan powder for the treatment of elderly peptic ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Chaihu Shugansan powder combined omeprazole for the curative effect of treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer .Methods:94 elderly patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital were selected ,they were divided into control group and combined treatment group according to random number table method ,the control group was treated with omeprazole alone ,the combined treatment group combined with Chaihu Shugan powder combined treatment on the basis of the control group ,the course of treatment was 6 weeks .After treatment ,the clinical symptom scores ,treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups .Patients were followed up for 1 year ,the recurrence rate of two groups of patients was observed and com -pared .Results:Before treatment ,the score of clinical symptom in control group was (2 .1 ± 0 .7) ,the combined treatment group was (2 .2 ± 0 .6) .There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups (P> 0 .05) .After treatment ,the score of clinical symptom in the control group was (1 .3 ± 0 .5) ,and the score of the combination group was (0 .8 ± 0 .3) ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Review of e-lectronic endoscopy results showed that the total effective rate of the control group patients was 85 .0％ ,the total ef-fective rate of the combination group was 95 .7％ ,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .The inci-dence of adverse reactions was 27 .7％ in the control group ,and the combination group was 12 .8％ ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .The recurrence rate was 25 .53％ in the control group and 8 .51％ in the ob-servation group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion:The effect of omeprazole combined Chaihu Shugansan of treatment of peptic ulcer is significant ,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate is low ,and it is worth to promote the clinical use .关键词
