Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Reduning injection in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis clinical efficacy and effect on myocardial enzymes ,expression of inflammatory factors .Methods:80 children with rotavirus enteritis who were treated in our hospital were included in the study area .They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .Two groups of patients with the same basic treatment ,the observation group was given Reduning injection (Gardenia ,honeysuckle and Artemisia Artemisia) ,the control group was given injection of ribavirin injection .The changes of clinical efficacy ,myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflammatory factor expression were compared between the two groups .Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95％ ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80％ (P< 0 .05) .After the treatment of 3 days , the negative rate of fecal rotavirus (77 .50％ ) in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group 52 .50％ (P< 0 .05) .Before treatment ,there was no difference in the expression of myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors in the two groups (P> 0 .05) .After treatment ,the levels of AST ,LDH ,CK and CK-MB in the two groups were significantly decreased ,which was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The expression of IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly different ,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Reduning injection can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction ,with good antiviral effect ,is an effective prescription for the treat-ment of infantile rotavirus enteritis ,and the myocardial injury has a protective effect .关键词
