薏苡仁汤加味联合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎风寒湿痹证临床研究
Study on clinical effect of Yiyiren decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of decoction of Chinese herbal medicine Yiyiren decoction combined with acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis with wind cold dampness syndrome ,so as to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment .Methods:In our hospital and diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis anemofrigid damp arthralgia patients 120 cases ,the patients in the control group of 60 cases treated with simple western medicine therapy ,the patients in the treatment group of 60 cases with Yiyiren decoction combined with acu-puncture therapy based on the treatment in control group .Results:After treatment ,the improvement of clinical in-dexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The indexes of each group in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The visual pain score in the treatment group (1 .01 ± 0 .32) was lower than that in the control group (2 .55 ± 1 .52)(P< 0 .05) .The score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The total clinical curative effect of the treat-ment group 88 .33% (53/60) was better than that of the control group 70% (42/60) (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Yiy-iren decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical index and laboratory index of patients ,reduce the pain of patients ,improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients ,its worthy of clinical applica-tion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis .关键词
