针刺联合康复训练治疗轻度认知功能障碍临床研究
Clinica study on treatment of mild cognitive impairment by acupuncture and rehabilitation training
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment ,aiming at seeking effective treatment and measures for mild cognitive im -pairment .Methods:A total of 100 patients with mild cognitive impairment were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group .The control group was only given cognitive rehabil-itation training ,the observation group was given cognitive rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture .The scores of cognitive function and scale (MMSE) ,daily living ability scale (ADL ) ,Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) and wechsler memory scale (WMS) were compared before and after treatment and treatment effect . Results:After 12 weeks of treatment ,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94 .00％ higher than that in the control group (80 .00％ ,P< 0 .05) .There were no significant difference in MMSE ,ADL and MoCA score between the two groups before treatment (P> 0 .05) .Compared with those before treatment ,the scores of MMSE , ADL and MoCA in 4 ,8 and 12 weeks after treatment were significantly difference ( P < 0 .05) . The scores of MMSE ,ADL and MoCA in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at the same time point (P< 0 .05) .There was no significant difference in WMS score between the two groups before treatment (P>0 .05) .Compared with those before treatment ,the WMS scores in each group after 12 weeks of treatment was sig-nificantly different (P< 0 .05) .After 12 weeks of treatment ,the WMS score in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group ( P < 0 .05) .Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has obvious effect on mild cognitive impairment and the prognosis is good .关键词
