照护者参与式延续性护理在脑卒中恢复期患者中的应用
Effect of caregiver's participation in continuous nursing on ischemic stroke recovery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of caregiver' s participation in continuous nursing on ischemic stroke recovery.Methods From January to December 2015,68 patients with ischemic stroke recovery from Shenzhen People' s Hospital,Guangdong Province were chosen and randomly divided into the study group and control group (34 cases in each group).Both groups were given drug treatment and conventional nursing intervention and rehabilitation training.The study group was given additional training of caregivers,guiding them to learn the relevant knowledge of rehabilitation nursing and participate in the continuous nursing and rehabilitation of patients after discharge.Results The abilities to perform activities of daily living,the functions of upper and lower limbs,swallowing,language in two groups were all significantly improved after nursing intervention (P ＜ 0.05).The study group had better outcomes than the control group.Conclusion Caregiver' s participation in the continuous nursing could help patients recover from a stroke after discharge,promote their rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs,swallowing,language,and improve their abilities to perform activities of daily living,leading to a better quality of life.关键词
