Abstract
Objective To explore the nurses' cognition on non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.Methods From November 2015 to February 2016,a total of 185 nurses from 4 tertiary hospitals in Guizhou Province were surveyed with self-designed questionnaire to investigate their cognition on non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.Results The overall level of nurses' cognition on basic knowledge of nonST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome was low.The nurses from coronary care unit (CCU) and emergency intensive care unit (EICU) had better cognition than those from general cardiologic ward (P ＜0.05).There were significant differences among the nurses with different working years (P ＜ 0.05).But there was no significant difference among the nurses with different education background and different professional titles (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Nurses' cognition on non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome is associated with their department and working year.The overall level is low.Specialized training should be strengthened to improve their cognition.关键词
