糖尿病患者出院准备度与出院指导质量现状相关性分析
Correlation between readiness for hospital discharge and quality of discharge teaching in diabetic patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the readiness for hospital discharge and the quality of discharge teaching in diabetic patients. Methods From May to December 2015,200 diabetic patients in West China Hospital,Sichuan University were chosen by convenience sampling. The patient basic information questionnaire,readiness for hospital discharge scale and quality of discharge teaching scale were used. Results The average score of readiness for hospital discharge scale was (8 . 13 ± 1 . 37 ). The average score of quality of discharge teaching scale was (8 . 60 ± 1 . 32 ). The dimensions of readiness for hospital discharge in diabetic patients from high to low were as follows:expected support,disease knowledge,coping ability,personal status. The readiness for hospital discharge and the quality of discharge teaching were positively correlated (r=0 . 544 , P<0. 01). Conclusion The readiness for hospital discharge in diabetic patients is in medium-high level. The readiness for hospital discharge and the quality of discharge teaching are positively related. The medical personnel should strengthen the guidance of hospital discharge to improve patient readiness and reduce readmission rate.关键词
