Abstract
Professor Li Haisong thinks that blood stasis occupies an important place in the pathogenesis and is the ultimate patho -logical trend of erectile dysfunction (ED).Blood stasis obstructing the collaterals is the pathological essence of ED .The author followed professor Li′s learning for a long time , summarized his experiences in treating ED based on the collaterals disease theory for dispersing blood stasis , and dredging collaterals should be basic treating principle throughout the whole process .And insect herbal medicine should be used to strengthen the action of dispersing blood stasis and dredging collaterals .Great importance should be attached to the pathological characteristics of liver depression and qi stagnation , and treating both mind and body is the key .关键词
