摘要

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of the market of enzyme preparation at home and abroad, the disadvantages of the current liquid state fermentation(LSF)of enzyme preparation have emerged increasingly. Therefore, an increasing number of people attempted the solid state fermentation(SSF)to replace LSF. However, the SSF failed to be extensively applied in the production of enzyme preparation due to its own vital disadvantages. Nowadays, the gas double dynamic solid state fermentation(GDSSF)has widely been focused by scholars at home and abroad owing to the novel design and unique fermentation, the characteristics of large scale of fermentation and high degree of automation and so on. In this paper, the main work includes illustrating the current situation of enzyme preparation, the research progress, and the trend of developement of enzyme preparation.
