摘要

Abstract

Solid-state fermentation technology is an important method of traditional Chinese medicine processing. Modern solid-state fermentation technology is developed on the basis of inheriting traditional fermentation technology and combining with modern biotechnology such as fermentation engineering. In this paper, the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine fermentation technology, the research progress of modern Chinese medicine solid-state fermentation technology and the role of solid-state fermentation in traditional Chinese medicine processing were summarized, and the modern development of traditional Chinese medicine fermentation processing was prospected.
