摘要

Abstract

Solid-state fermentation technology is widely used in agricultural production and has covered many fields, ranging from soil fertilization, plant protection, agricultural waste treatment, bio-feed and edible mushroom cultivation. This paper reviewed the application and research progress of solid-state fermentation technology in the fields of agricultural production (biological fertilizers, organic fertilizers, humic acid fertilizers, detoxification of cakes, biological feed, biological pesticides, edible fungi, etc.) from the aspects of microbial species, raw materials, processes, product characteristics and applications.
