摘要

Abstract

Bio-energy becomes one important approach to improve Chinese energy structure and realize sustainable economic development. Its breakthrough of industrialization technology will accelerate the pace of replacing fossil fuels with biomass energy. The problems of high energy consumption, water consumption, and a large amount of organic wastewater seriously limit the development prospects of traditional liquid fermentation. In recent years, the research on the principle and application of the clean and energy-saving solid-state fermentation has made it a hotspot in the fermentation industry. This article focuses on the research progress in the application of solid-state fermentation for bioenergy from the aspects of the principle and application.
