摘要

Abstract

Butanol is a promising clean renewable energy fuel, while its industrial production still suffers from high energy consumption, low output, and serious pollution at present. Due to difficulties in heat and mass transfer and low efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis etc. caused by high contents of solid matrix, butanol solid-state fermentation is difficult to realize. In this paper, the aspects of the advantage of the mixed strains cultivation, and the enhancement strategy of fermentation process were considered, in order to provide new ideas for butanol production using lignocellulosic raw materials efficiently.
