摘要

Abstract

Amino acid analysis has been widely applied in biochemistry, proteomics, clinical medicine, food science, chemical industry and other fields, it is also a hotspot in analytical chemistry. This paper reviews two methods of analyzing amino acids including direct analysis and indirect analysis. Direct analysis method mainly discusses basic theories and examples of the detection of non-derivative amino acids with corresponding detector in recent years. Indirect analysis method compares various derivatization reagents and derivative method. Meanwhile, the development trends of the analysis method of amino acids are also discussed.
