多孔木霉色素的结构鉴定和合成基因簇分析
Identification of pigment and analysis of its related gene clusters from cyclosporine A-producing strain Tolypocladium inflatum

Abstract
To identify the chemical structure of pigment from Tolypocladium inflatum, we separated and analyzed the pigment by high pressure preparation liquid chromatography and spectroscopy analysis. Furthermore,we used online bioinformatic analysis software to predict the gene cluster and its function. The results showed that the pigment was an anthraquinone compound with chemical formula of C15H10O5, and had three phenoxyl radicals and two ketone groups. The related gene clusters of pigment contain 43 open reading frame ( ORFs ) and belong to polyketide synthase ( PKS ) type cluster. Our studies can provide a basis for further exploring the biosynthetic pathway of pigment.关键词
