泉州市社区老年人自我护理能力及其影响因素调查
Investigation on the self care ability and its influencing factors among the community elderly in Quanzhou city

Abstract
Objective:To understand the overall situation of self-care ability of the elderly in Quanzhou city,represented by Fengze new village community,so as to formulate strategies to promote effective utilization of care resources.Methods:A total of 471 elderly residents of Fengze new village community in Quanzhou city were selected by convenience sampling method,and the Exercise of Selfcare Agency Scale (ESCA) was used for the survey.Results:The self-care ability of the elderly in the Fengze new village community of Quanzhou city was in medium-high level.The knowledge and information seeking dimension scored the highest (76.4％),passivity (61.2％) and self-concept (59.3％) dimension were lower,and the initiative and responsibility dimension were lowest (46.3％).Multiple regression analysis showed that low level of education,gender,and living conditions were the main factors influenced the selfcare ability and self-concept,initiative and responsibility,passivity,and knowledge and information seeking dimensions.Conclusion:The elderly in the urban district of Quanzhou city had a low self-concept and self-protection responsibility.Care should be carried out in multi-disciplinary cooperation.According to the assessment of self-care ability,targeted professional care assistance and guidance plan should be tormulated.Promote the public to establish the "successful aging" and "active aging" concept to assist the elderly mining community care resources,to promote the community elderly to improve the self-care ability with diversified care resources.关键词
