摘要

Abstract

Objective:To establish the evaluation indicator system of enteral nutrition nursing quality of inpatients and to provide the theoretical basis for improving the nursing quality.Methods:Using the literature review and expert interview method,Delphi method was applied to 20 experts for two rounds of consultation to preliminarily determine the evaluation indexes of enteral nutrition nursing quality of inpatients.Results:The authoritative level of the two rounds of experts was >0.8,and the Kendall W value was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the concentration of indicators at all levels was high.On the basis of "structure-process-results",the quality evaluation indicator system consisted of 3 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators,and 32 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The established nursing quality evaluation indicators based on qualitative and quantitative methods had a better credibility.It could provide objective and quantifiable reference and basis for nursing management to carry out the specialized nursing quality evaluation.
