Abstract
Objective:To analyze the citation status quo of nursing management papers in China and to understand the ability of researchers in this field to absorb and utilize the literature information.Methods:The number of citations,citation types,and citation languages of nursing management papers published in 12 nursing core journals in the past 3 years were analyzed.Results:In 2015-2017,there were 14.23 citations in the paper of nursing management thesis,including 14.83 citations in the funded papers,and 13.73 in the non-funded papers.The main language was Chinese,followed by English.The citation types were mainly periodicals,and the Chinese and foreign languages accounted for 86.64％ and 89.46 ％ respectively.The citation source was mainly nursing(76.29 ％).The clinical medicine and other types of subjects had increased in different degrees.Conclusions:The average citation amount,and the funded paper ratio of the nursing management paper increased year by year.The literature absorption and learning ability of nursing managers continued to increase,while still needed further strengthen in learning the foreign language,enhancing the utilization of foreign information resources,in order to produce higher quality papers.关键词
