氟的毒理学研究
Research on the fluoride toxicology
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between fluoride and the health is not only an old ,but also a modern topic .At very early time ,the negative effect of fluoride was noticed because of dental fluorosis .Later on ,fluoride was known to be responsible for bone fluoro-sis which caused joints deformation and crippling skeletal condition in severe cases .During recent years ,fluoride was also found to influence normal functions of many organs and tissues ,such as brain development ,reproduction and immunity system ,etc .On the other hands ,fluoride was considered to be able to reduce tooth decay at early time ,which was the foundation of water fluori-dation in some countries and regions .Although fluoride is safe for dental health at low concentration ,sustained consumption of large amount of soluble fluoride is dangerous and will lead to toxicity and adverse effects .Thereby ,many countries halted water fluoridation ,and the enforceable drinking water standard for fluoride in USA was decreased for the first time in 2015 .关键词
