不同浓度CO2施肥对温室番茄果实品质的影响
Effect of CO2 enrichment on tomato fruit quality in greenhouse
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] In this study ,the effects of CO2 enrichment on the quality of 'Xing hai12' tomato cultivar were investi-gated with four different concentrations of CO2 .[Methods] Four different CO2 concentrations at atmospheric concentration (served as control group) ,600(25) ,800(25) ,and 1000(25) μmol·mol - 1 were selected for tomato seedling treatment ,And the quality of tomato fruits from different treatments were evaluated .[Results] The results showed that the content of soluble solids in fruits were increased by 27.94% ,29.41% ,and 16.18% in three treatments with higher CO 2 at 600 ,800 ,and 1000μmol·mol - 1 , respectively , when compared with 400 μmol· mol - 1 ,and ,and the content of soluble sugar increased by 31.74% ,32.77% ,and 27.50% ,respectively .The content of vitamin C was enhanced by 46.59% ,79.27% ,and 38.93% , and the content of lycopene was increased by 28.20% ,87.10% ,and 44.55% ,respectively ,while the content of titratable acid was reduced by 6.35% ,22.22% ,and 34.92% .[Conclusion] The results demonstrated that :CO2 fertilization can great-ly improve the quality of tomatoes ,and the concentration at 800 μmol·mol - 1 produced the best results .关键词
