悬吊运动疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者表面肌电频域指标影响研究
Effect of sling exercise therapy on cervical spondylosis patients with frequency domain index of surface EMG

Abstract
Objective :The study of the treatment of fatigue of cervical muscle group in cervical spondylosis by SET .Methods :72 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into treatment and control group randomly uni-form .36 patients in each group .It tested posterior cervical muscles fatigue by applying UMI-SE-I Surface EMG ,to observe the effect of SET treating cervical spondylosis .And observe the improvement of local pain .Results :There were no significant difference ( P> 0 .05)in MPF ,MF compared from the two groups before treatment ,the treant-ment group was better improved than the control group in MPF 、MF after treatment( P< 0 .05 ) ,and there was sig-nificant difference (P< 0 .05 ) for MPF ,MF in treatment group after treatment and before treatment ;there were no significant difference ( P> 0 .05)in the neck pain compared from the two groups before treatment ,the neck pain of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P< 0 .05 ) .Conclusion :SET may improve the symp-toms of cervical spondylosis by alleviating the fatigue status of cervical muscles .关键词
