经尿道"分叶式"剜除联合电切治疗前列腺增生应用观察
Application of "vane" enucleation combined electric resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effect of transurethral plasma kinetic "vane"enucleation combined electric resection in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia .Methods :Using OLYMPUS plasma kinetic equipment , 50 cases of BPH patients received the treatment of "vane"enucleation combined with electric resection surgery .Re-sults :All the patients were first operated ,and there were no complications such as perforation of bladder and TUR syndrome in the operation .The patients'IPSS ,residual urine volume and Qmax were significantly improved after 3-12 months of follow-up ,without cases of permanent incontinence and recurrence of symptoms .Conclusion :Tran-surethral plasma kinetic enucleation of "vane" combined with transurethral resection of prostate for treatment of be-nign prostatic hyperplasia ,which is applicable to the overall beginner stage ,has the advantages of safe ,effective and easy to operate .关键词
