摘要
Abstract
Objective :To probe into and analyze the clinical application significance of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmias .Methods :88 tachyarrhythmia patients were selected in our hospital .The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method .The patients with tachyarrhythmia in control group wre treated with amiodarone .The patients with tachyarrhythmia in observation group were treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group .The clinical treatment ,blood pres-sure and heart rate changes ,changes in cardiac function and the incidence of adverse reactions of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed .Results :Compared with control group ,the tachyarrhythmia patients in obser-vation group ,the effective rate of clinical treatment was 80 .00％ (36/45) and the total effective rate was 97 .78％(44/45) ,there were increased significantly ,while the inefficiency rate was 2 .22％ (1/45) ,there was deceased sig-nificantly ,the differences were significant statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ;the tachyarrhythmia patients in obser-vation group after treatment ,the levels of SBP were (115 .26 ± 12 .49) mmHg ,DBP were (76 .22 ± 8 .71) mmHg , HR were (84 .83 ± 9 .57) times/min ,there were decreased significantly ,the differences were significant statistical-ly significant (P< 0 .05) ;the tachyarrhythmia patients in observation group after treatment ,the levels of EF were (64 .72 ± 7 .54)％ ,E/A were (1 .21 ± 0 .22) ,there were increased significantly ,while the levels of CO were (4 .78 ± 0 .53) L /min ,there were decreased significantly ,the differences were significant statistically significant (P < 0 . 05) ;the tachyarrhythmia patients in observation group ,the overall incidence of adverse reactions was 13 .33％ (6/45) ,included bradycardia , hypotension , transient ECG deterioration , there were not increase significantly , the differences were not significant statistically significant (P> 0 .05) .Conclusions :Amiodarone combined with meto-prolol have great value and significance for the improvement of clinical indicators improvement of clinical efficacy and the application of safety protection of patients with tachyarrhythmia .关键词
