One-pot Synthesis of Thiophene and Pyridine Fused Steroidal Derivatives
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the ketone and malononitrile steroidal derivatives were obtained by hydrogenation reduction,PCC oxidation and condensation reaction using diosgenin as raw material.Then,we synthesized several thiophene and pyridine fused steroidal derivatives by the one-pot method.All the compounds were identified by NMR,HRMS etc.To improve the yield of product,we screened the solvent,reaction temperature,reaction time and other related conditions,and gradually got the best conditions.关键词
