Design and Application of Semi-Automatic Purchasing Management System for Medical Consumables
摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the routine procurement process of medical supplies, a medical supplies semi-automatic management system was designed.Methods On the base of analyzing the current situation of medical supplies management and the problems existing in the procurement, a semi-automatic management system for medical consumables procurement was proposed. Among them, medical supplies procurement process, vendor qualification and product pricing work in our hospital were analyzed with emphasis.Results The system could realize the functions such as routine/semi-automatic management switching, department purchase order management, price comparison management, one-key qualification audit,etc.Conclusion The development and application of this system can reduce the daily work intensity of the department and improve the working efficiency, and can standardize the work flow of the department within a certain scope.关键词
