Abstract
Objective In order to improve the service quality of equipment manufacturers and help the hospital to sort and manage the equipment maintenance companies based on the application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in the evaluation of medical equipment maintenance service.Methods The experts summed up the evaluation factors, and used AHP method to calculate the weight of different factors that affect the medical equipment maintenance service. Based on the average scores of engineers and clinical staff, the comprehensive scores of equipment maintenance service providers were calculated.Results According to the scores of maintenance service providers of CT equipment of different brands, the internal reasons were analyzed to demand and improve the service quality of service providers.Conclusion The evaluation of medical equipment maintenance service based on AHP is of practical significance, which is easy to operate and can be flexibly applied to other evaluation of medical equipment.关键词
