Updates of cellular signaling pathway on renal interstitial fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) is an irreversible process of chronic kidney disease and renal failure characterized by numerous fibroblast proliferation,uncontrolled deposits of extracellular matrix,and progressive loss of renal function.In the pathological stage,a variety of signaling pathways are involved and interact with each other,which play an important role in the development of renal fibrosis.Therefore,it is significant to comprehend the pathogenesis of RIF and find specific targets for the treatment.This article reviews the current research progress in RIF mediated by signaling transduction pathways to provide a new direction for the treatment of RIF.关键词
