Cationic dyeing of aramid fiber with environment friendly carrier
摘要
Abstract
The self-made aromatic derivative environment friendly carrier was used in the high tempera-ture and high pressure dyeing of aramid 1414 fabric with cationic dyes. The dyeing process of the self-made carrier was optimized and the dyeing effect was evaluated. The results showed that the use of the environ-ment friendly carrier for dyeing could achieve a good dyeing effect. When the dye concentration was 6.5％(omf), the optimal dyeing process was: carrier 50 g/L, sodium chloride 40 g/L, sodium nitrate 20 g/L, dye bath pH=3～4, dyeing temperature 130 ℃, dyeing time 50 min. After dyeing, the K/S value of the fabric could reach 21, and the dyed fabric had good color fastness and strength.关键词
