摘要

Abstract

The extraction process and stability of melia azedarach L.bark pigment were studied. Melia aze-darach L.bark pigment was extracted by solvent extraction and ultrasonic extraction method through single fac-tor test and orthogonal test to determine the optimum extraction conditions of pigment. The results showed that the two extraction methods had their own advantages. Ultrasonic extraction had the characteristics of short time, high efficiency and high extraction capacity. The extraction method had good extraction effect, but the extraction amount was less. The optimum process of ultrasonic extraction was as fol ows: ultrasonic time 60 min, temperature 50 ℃, material liquid ratio 1:20, ethanol volume fraction 55%, ultrasonic power 300 W. The optimal extraction process was as fol ows: time 180 min, temperature 80 ℃, ethanol volume fraction 60%, solid-liquid ratio 1:10. The thermal stability of the pigment was poor. Under the condition of light, degra-dation rate of pigment was smal . Oxidizing and reducing agent have larger influence to the melia azedarach L. bark pigment, in which the reducing agent had a greater effect and the oxidant had little effect. The change of pH has a great influence on the stability of pigment.
