摘要

Abstract

A method of the determination of seven ionic fluorescent whitening agent residues in textile-was established by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The sample was ex-tracted with water-methanol (25/75), ultrasonic extraction of 30 min in water bath at 70 ℃. The gradient elu-tion separation was carried out on the Hypersil GOLD-C18 column with the aqueous solution of 10 mmol/L ammonium formate and methanol as the mobile phase. The mass spectrum acquisition mode was the electro-spray negative ion mode. The linear relationship of the 7 kinds of ion FWAs was good in a certain mass con-centration range, and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.99. The recovery of 7 kinds of anions FWAs was 86.0%~96.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSDs) was 2.7%~6.4%. This method had the advan-tages of simple, high sensitivity and short analysis time, and had certain practical application value.
